Armand Diehl is famous for the quality of his wines in his native Nahe, in Germany. This is his third and best vintage as part of the LongShadows project in Washington's Columbia Valley. It has the breadth of a New World wine with a surprising sweet delicacy. Floral in the nose, with broad fruit over a mineral frame and just a hint of sweetness on the finish.
This wine is already sold out both at the winery and the distributor level. We have three cases left.
